1. General Information

2. Warranty
All products purchased are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the invoice date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions not attributable to improper use of the product. After the warranty period, a paid service is available and will be provided and managed by the Brand Owner.

3. No-Reason Returns
Customers have the right to return products within 7 days of receipt without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and with all accessories included.

4. Warranty Assistance and Repairs
During the warranty period, should any covered defect occur, customers may contact our customer service to receive the shipping address for repairs. All shipping costs for sending the product to the service center are the customer’s responsibility, while the return of the repaired or replaced product will be covered by the Seller unless otherwise specified.

5. Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse or tampering
• Normal wear and tear of the product and consumable components (e.g., batteries)
• Damage caused by natural or external events

6. Payments and Prices
All prices listed on the website are in Euros and do not include VAT unless otherwise specified. Payment is to be made using the methods indicated during the checkout process.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of the Terms and Conditions, the court of the customer’s place of residence or domicile will have jurisdiction.
